NEXT MEMBERSHIP MEETING
· Thursday, June 26, 2008, 7:00pm at Xpresso Café. Xpresso Café is located at 10 Tristan Drive. Light refreshments will be served.

DABA BUSINESS & SERVICE DIRECTORY
· The directory is in the mail. If you haven’t received yours yet, it should be coming any day.
TEAM DILLSBURG RELAY FOR LIFE
· Our time slots are filled for walkers, though if anyone wants to walk on the 20th or 21st, we would welcome your company!
· We could always use help manning the bounce house.
· We have raised about $580 so far, with more donations expected from now until the Relay ends.

SCHOLARSHIP
· Katherine Zeiders is the new chair for this committee. Dave Heiser of Heritage Acres has joined the Scholarship Committee.
BUSINESS MIXERS
· Our next mixer will be held at Elmcroft on Wednesday, June 25th from 5 – 7:30pm. Elmcroft is located at 153 Logan Rd. Dillsburg. RSVP to Barbara Sheffield 502-1000 or bsheffield@seniorcare-corp.com
· August Mixer: Heritage Acres 270 Chestnut Grove Rd. Dillsburg. Details to follow.
· September Mixer: Country Collectibles - Wednesday, September 17th from 5 – 7:30pm. Country Collectibles is located at 121 South 2nd St. Dillsburg. For more information contact Diane Stoner at 432-4480.
· October Mixer: Office Love Cleaning Service. Details to follow.
· November Mixer: Golden Rentals. Details to follow.

DABA WEBSITE
· No changes are present online yet for the website. Steve is trying to get the new website up and running by the end of June. The website will be easier to maintain, and finding member contact information on the site will be more intuitive. At least that's the plan!
DECEMBER IN DILLSBURG CALENDAR
· We are looking for a Chairperson for this committee. The chairperson will coordinate the calendar including getting ads and information to insert into calendar. Angie Sibert has templates from last year to utilize and will help the new chairperson with questions. If you are interested please contact Bob Kiehl at 717-319-4346.
FINANCIALS
· QuickBooks Pro Edition was purchased for $180.15.
· Balance in M&T Checking account as of 05/31 was $9,184.00.
· Balance in Members 1st Savings account as of 05/31 was $5,128.00.
· Balance in State Farm CD as of 05/31 was $552.00.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
· We are looking for someone to take over the Secretary position for the months of Oct ’08 – March ‘09. If you are interested please contact Bob Kiehl at 717-319-4346.
· The Board is reviewing the organization’s insurance policy due to no longer having a physical office location. Any input from our senior members is greatly welcomed and encouraged.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
· 175th Anniversary Celebration:
Dillsburg turns 175 this year, and there will be a celebration on Friday, August 22nd and Saturday, August 23, 2008. For information on how you can be involved in the anniversary celebration, you may send an email to dillsburg175@hotmail.com or by contacting the Dillsburg Borough Office at 717-432-9969.
· National Night Out:
August 5th from 5 – 9pm at Logan Park.
· Pickle Drop:
Scott Shughart of the Dillsburg Senior Center is looking for 1 – 2 people to help prepare the soup for Pickle Drop. If you are interested in helping please contact Scott at -432-2216.
